Sweden is one of five Amazon stores Keepa leaves out, alongside the Dutch, Polish, Belgian and Australian ones. With no coverage from the usual tools, an amazon.se history is only as good as the screenshots someone remembered to take — a daily check turns it into dated rows you can sort, filter and export.

Each amazon.se check reads the live product page and stores over 90 fields: the price in kronor, the Buy Box winner and whether that offer is Amazon, FBA or FBM, the three leading offers, the availability line, the standard and fastest delivery dates with their fee, the order-within countdown, the Best Sellers Rank and its category, ratings and review counts, badges and coupons, and the listing’s own text and images.

The Swedish run is pinned to a Stockholm delivery address and to Swedish-language pages, and it happens overnight on Stockholm time — so the day’s numbers are already in the table when the Swedish working day starts.

What is different on amazon.se

  • The krona is printed after the number on amazon.se, and the price is stored in the format the page uses.
  • Amazon.se runs in Swedish and in English. Checks read the Swedish page, which is what a shopper in Sweden actually gets.
  • The dispatch countdown is Swedish too — “Beställ inom”, counted in tim and min — and it is recorded on every check next to the delivery dates.
  • The store shows two social-proof lines, and only one of them is sales. “Köpta under den senaste månaden” is purchases and lands in the bought-in-past-month field; the weekly line counts views, so it is deliberately left out.
  • Swedish pages use a comma decimal and the English rendering of the same page uses a point. Both parse to the same number, so a history that spans the two stays comparable.

How a daily check on amazon.se works

  1. Paste or upload the ASINs you want to watch on amazon.se. Each one becomes a row with its own daily history.
  2. A check runs every night on Stockholm time at the hour you pick, and you can run an extra check on selected rows whenever you need one.
  3. Alerts can watch a price threshold in kronor, the Buy Box winner, the rank, the review count or the availability wording, and are emailed after each check or gathered into one daily message.
  4. Everything exports: CSV for a one-off, Google Sheets for a view that refreshes itself, or the read-only API when you want to join the data to your own numbers.

The rate does not change by country. $0.10 per ASIN per month covers 30 daily checks, which puts 50 Swedish listings at $5 a month and 500 at $50. The first 30 days are free for up to 10 products at 10 checks a day, with no card taken. See pricing in full.

Track the same ASIN in another Amazon store

Selling across the Nordics and into the wider EU usually means one ASIN in several stores; each store is a separate row, with a price, a rank and a Buy Box winner of its own.

Common questions

How is a Swedish price recorded?

In kronor, in the layout the page uses: the currency follows the number, and the Swedish page separates decimals with a comma. Alerts compare the parsed number, so a threshold set in kronor behaves the way you would expect.

Why does the bought-in-past-month figure ignore the weekly line on amazon.se?

Because the Swedish weekly line counts views rather than purchases — “visade under den senaste veckan”. Putting it in a purchases field would be wrong twice over, so only the monthly line is used, and the field stays empty if that line is missing.

When does the Swedish check run?

Overnight on Stockholm time, at an hour you set for that marketplace. Every marketplace runs on its own local clock, so a Swedish listing and an Australian one are each read during their own store’s night.

Is the Best Sellers Rank on amazon.se the same as on amazon.de?

No. Each Amazon store ranks its own catalogue in its own category tree, so the same ASIN carries a separate rank in Sweden. Track the ASIN in each store you sell in and compare the two histories rather than one number.

Do you track a specific Swedish city?

No. Sweden is tracked as one country-level shopper location. City-level tracking exists only for the six US and six Canadian locations, so amazon.se gives you a single national reading, consistent from day to day.
