1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMZ Selling Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

AMZ Selling Tools is an Amazon product tracking service that monitors product listings, prices, BSR rankings, reviews, and other product data across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3. Credits and Payment

The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits (“checks”) are consumed when product data is fetched. We offer two products, both priced in USD and billed through Stripe Checkout:

• Credit packs — one-time purchase. Credits never expire.
• Monthly subscription — slider-defined monthly check quota, billed monthly. The first invoice is charged at signup; the subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel. Subscription credits reset each month (use-it-or-lose-it) and are consumed before pack credits when a user holds both. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep the checks you've already paid for, and there are no further charges.

Refunds and chargebacks are reconciled manually on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically revoke credits already granted to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product data retrieved from Amazon.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMZ Selling Tools or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, regardless of the form of action.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
