1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMZ Selling Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

AMZ Selling Tools is an Amazon product tracking service that monitors product listings, prices, BSR rankings, ratings, review counts and other product data, records where listings rank in Amazon search results for keywords you choose, and fetches the public customer reviews of listings you choose, across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3. Credits and Payment

The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits (“checks”) are consumed when a listing’s product data is fetched, when a keyword line’s search results are scanned or when a review line’s reviews are fetched. One check covers one listing snapshot, one keyword-line scan (however many ASINs the line contains) or a batch of up to 5 reviews delivered by a review run (at least one check per review run). We offer two products, both priced in USD and billed through Stripe Checkout:

• Credit packs — one-time purchase. Credits never expire.
• Monthly subscription — slider-defined monthly check quota, billed monthly. The first invoice is charged at signup; the subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel. Subscription credits reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle (use-it-or-lose-it) and are consumed before pack credits when a user holds both. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep the checks you've already paid for, and there are no further charges.

Free trial — every new account receives a free trial that starts when its email address is verified: 10 checks per day for 30 days, usable on up to 10 tracked products; keyword and review lines draw from the same daily allowance and do not count toward that product limit (review lines have their own trial limit of 3). The daily allowance resets at midnight in your account’s time zone and does not accumulate (unused trial checks are not carried over); the trial ends when you subscribe or when the 30 days expire, whichever comes first.

Refunds and chargebacks are reconciled manually on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically revoke credits already granted to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product data retrieved from Amazon.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMZ Selling Tools or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, regardless of the form of action.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
