How checks, credit packs and subscriptions work.
How is $0.1347 per ASIN per month calculated?
The price is computed on a 30-day month: every tracked ASIN gets one automated check a day, so one ASIN uses 30 checks a month. Each check costs a flat $0.00449 — less than half a cent — so 30 checks come to exactly $0.1347. The smallest plan, 38 ASINs, is $5.11 a month; 100 ASINs are $13.47 and 5,000 ASINs are $673.50, with no volume tiers. Subscriptions round down to the cent. One-time credit packs use the same $0.00449 per check, rounded to the nearest cent. A keyword line checked every day uses the same 30 checks, so it costs the same as one ASIN whatever the number of ASINs on it.
What happens when my credits run out?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged: your listings, your keyword lines, your review lines and their history stay, but the automatic daily checks, the daily keyword scans and the scheduled review runs pause until you have checks again. If you have fewer checks than ASINs, the listings you added first are checked and the rest wait; keyword lines and review lines resume on their next slot once checks are back. Buy a credit pack or subscribe and the schedule picks up again on its next nightly run — no reactivation needed.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Pack checks stay in your account until you use them, with no monthly commitment. If you also have a subscription, the plan’s monthly checks are used first and the pack is only touched once they run out — unused subscription checks reset at each billing cycle, pack checks never do.
Can I change the number of ASINs later?
Yes — move the slider to the new number and click Update plan; you can go up or down at any time. The new price and check quota apply from your next billing date, so there is no mid-cycle proration and no extra invoice. You can also cancel at any time and keep the checks you have already paid for until the end of the current cycle.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes, and no card is needed. Every new account starts a free 30-day trial when you verify your email: track up to 10 products with 10 checks a day, which reset daily rather than accumulating. When the trial ends nothing is charged — subscribe or buy a credit pack whenever you want to keep tracking.
Does keywords ranking cost extra?
No. One check is one daily snapshot of a tracked listing or one daily scan of a keyword line, however many ASINs are on it; the review tracker spends one check per 5 reviews it brings in, and at least one check per run. Every check costs $0.00449 from the same balance, so a keyword line checked daily is $0.1347 a month, the same as one ASIN.
Does the review tracker cost extra?
No. One check is one daily snapshot of a tracked listing or one daily scan of a keyword line, however many ASINs are on it; the review tracker spends one check per 5 reviews it brings in, and at least one check per run. Review runs are billed at $0.00449 per check (5 reviews per check, about $0.90 per 1,000 reviews). A review line checked weekly that finds nothing new uses about 4 checks a month ($0.02); checked daily it uses 30 checks ($0.1347), the same as one tracked ASIN. The first run of a new-reviews line records the latest 100 reviews as a baseline (up to 20 checks); after that only reviews newer than the last check are fetched, and a run that finds nothing new uses one check.
